Anna Triantafyllou is a Partner at the Firm, who specialises in Tax law. With more than a decade’s experience in ‘‘Big 4’’ environments both in Greece and in Luxembourg, Anna is a point of reference for clients interested in international tax structuring and tax planning. Anna has advised on the tax structuring of the most high-profile transactions in Greece and has represented important institutional investors in structuring private equity and real estate investments in Luxemburg. Aside from consulting on corporate tax matters, from an international and European law standpoint, Anna’s focus and experience includes the sectors of real estate and shipping taxation.
Anna holds an LLB from Brunel University, London, UK and an LLM in Corporate and Financial Law from the London School of Economics, London, UK. She has been awarded the Diploma in Luxembourg Taxation and has completed the courses of International Taxation and European Taxation of the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT). Anna has also attended the PwC Tax Seminar. She is fluent in Greek, English, German and French.
