Konstantinos (Kostas) Kotzamanoglou is a litigation expert, bringing with him more than twelve years of Court experience in a wide array of disputes, including civil, administrative and criminal cases. He represents both individuals, as well as large corporate entities, such as Public Hospitals, Banks and domestic and foreign companies. His extensive knowledge of civil substantive and procedural law, as well as his deep understanding of the inner workings of Greek litigation, render him an invaluable asset in litigation. 

Kostas has an exceptional track record before the Greek Courts, with his success ratio reaching all the way to the Supreme Court.

Kostas holds an LLB from the Law School of Thessaloniki, as well as an LLM in Private International Law from the Law School of Athens. His further specializations include a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Piraeus and a Diploma in Negotiations from the Economic University of Athens.
